The Hyatt Regency Lisle near Naperville exceeded every expectation. The rooms are clean, quiet, and comfortable, the staff is incredibly welcoming, and the entire property is well-maintained. Check-in was seamless, parking was easy, and the location is perfect for getting anywhere in the western suburbs. Every part of the stay felt smooth and stress-free. Five stars.
The staff is great, especially Elizabeth at the front desk! Clean and friendly. Just wish they offered a complimentary breakfast or the breakfast buffet wasn’t so expensive. It was just myself and 4 teenagers. Breakfast ( the cheapest meal of the day) cost over $100.
My husband and I came in for a 1 week stay and I must say the hotel was clean friendly and the front desk person Bridgette H. Was a super peach! She made my check smooth and worry free. I definitely appreciate the fact she made us feel like old friends and still kept her professionalism. I would definitely come back and stay.
Short visit for my Bestie’s wedding. She had a suite room and it was so nice. I loved the windows around the entire room. Very spacious. Bathroom was also pretty big. We took photos in the foyer and they turned out amazing. The piano really added an elegant touch.

Parking was free, the staff was welcoming, and the rooms were clean. What stood out to me was how easy it was to move around the area, whether with the complimentary shuttle or just the convenient location. Since the hotel is in Lisle, it feels geared toward corporate travelers during the week, but on the weekends it definitely becomes a spot for wedding guests. I saw multiple groups using the shuttle, which is a huge plus if you need it. Overall, the hotel is great and I would stay here again.
During our travels, my family and I have stayed at several hotels, and this is by far the best experience we had at any hotel. The rooms are spacious and offer great views, while still being extremely affordable. The staff is absolutely amazing; everyone is friendly and helpful and just in general great people. Everyone is very professional but still makes you feel like you are family. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone for family or business travel, you cannot go wrong!
Stayed one night in route home from vacation. Hotel check in was prompt and the room was clean. And although I forgot the names of those that greeted us, all the employees were friendly and made our stay feel welcoming. Service and food for breakfast was good. Overall would definitely stay again!
The staff was nice, overall quite a clean place. Food options within and a decent bar. This is actually the busiest hotel I've ever been in, there was constant activity in the lobby areas, but no noise on our floor. On of the elevators tried to squish my friend when we got on the first time, so we were a little scared of it for the rest of our stay. The pool & fitness area is decent also.
